Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Overview
This policy sets out how we process and deliver orders placed through our website at toolmixdirect.co.uk. All prices shown include VAT.
2. Order Processing
Orders placed before 14:30 on a working day are processed the same day. We aim to dispatch them the same day too.
During busy periods this may not always be possible. Busy periods include (but are not limited to) Black Friday, December and other promotions. If your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering to confirm delivery times.

These prices apply to all UK mainland postcodes except those listed in Section 4.
4. Highlands, Islands & Offshore Areas
The following areas are not eligible for next day delivery. Please allow 2–5 working days. Deliveries to these areas may cost extra, so please contact us for a quote before ordering.
- Scottish Highlands: AB36–38, AB55–56, FK17–21, IV1–39, IV52–54, IV63, KW1–14, PA21–40, PH19–26, PH30–41, PH49–50
- Scottish Islands: HS1–9, IV40–51, IV55–56, KA27–28, KW15–17, PA20, PA41–49, PA60–78, PH42–44, ZE1–3
- Northern Ireland: all BT postcodes
- Channel Islands: all postcodes
- Isle of Man: all postcodes
- Isle of Wight: all postcodes
- Isles of Scilly: all postcodes
5. Back Orders
If an item in your order is on back order, we’ll send the in-stock items straight away. The remaining items will follow as soon as they become available.
You will not be charged any additional shipping for the second shipment. Every effort is made to keep stock levels on our website up to date.
6. Damaged or Missing Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
