The split-screen functionality allows simultaneous display of VCI data and diagnostic modules, streamlining workflow efficiency. Dual-vehicle diagnostics are supported with an additional VCI unit, making it ideal for high-volume service environments. The 399's industrial design prioritizes durability and portability. Its titanium alloy chassis measures just 8.15mm thick and has passed rigorous 1.2M drop testing. The 14-inch HD IPS touchscreen delivers crisp visuals, whilst the 256GB ROM and 8GB RAM ensure responsive performance. A 22,400mAH battery provides extended runtime, with the included fast-charging stand delivering a full charge in 2 hours.
Technical specifications include a 20MP rear camera and 8MP front camera for documentation and remote diagnostics. The device includes 42 integrated maintenance resets and supports ADAS calibration services. Orders placed before 14:30 are usually dispatched the same working day. UK mainland delivery starts from £3.95 and typically takes 1–5 working days, with next day options available.
Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland and offshore areas usually take 2–5 working days and may cost extra. These areas are not eligible for next day delivery.
Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Please email sales@toolmixdirect.co.uk before sending anything back. Some restrictions apply to PPE, consumables and clearance items.
