Abracs ABFZ115B060 PRO Zirconium Flap Disc 115 x 22mm 60 Grit

Medium zirconium, the middle of the ladder. The Abracs ABFZ115B060 is a 115 x 22mm zirconium flap disc in 60 grit — coarse enough for quicker stock removal, fine enough not to leave the deep scratch pattern a 40 grit does.

The lightweight fibreglass backing absorbs vibration and makes the disc strong and durable, and because it is grindable the disc can be worked down close to the plate without marking the job. Zirconium fractures as it wears, continually exposing fresh cutting edges rather than dulling to a polish.
