The grit most people reach for. The Abracs ABFZ115B080 is a 115 x 22mm zirconium flap disc in 80 grit — the medium grade that handles general weld dressing, blending and surface preparation without leaving the deep scratch pattern a coarser disc does.

Premium quality zirconium grain, engineered for maximum performance stock removal, blending and finishing. The lightweight fibreglass backing absorbs vibration and makes the disc strong and durable, and because it is grindable the disc can be worked down close to the plate without marking the job.
