Our revolutionary TRIBRID® Technology forms the foundation of BT1, resulting in a unique product that eliminates bacteria/microbes, making surface maintenance effortless and hygienic. This product is free of solvents and isocyanates, and it effectively prevents the growth of mold and fungus.

BT1 bathroom sealant is an outstanding sanitaryware product, suiting all public health institutions, including hospitals and clinics. Tested under MOD IOS 22196:2011, it demonstrated a 99.99% reduction in bacteria, making it highly effective against a wide range of microbes, including MRSA, E. coli, and Campylobacter. 

This product is EC1 Plus certified, with very low emissions. Additionally, it is ETAG approved for bonding shower panels without the need for mechanical fixings. Upon application, BT1 forms a strong and durable compound with excellent elasticity, making it truly unique.
