The brushless motor drives a DC53 steel blade, with REDLINK electronic intelligence and REDLITHIUM battery compatibility delivering the power, run time and durability to make up to 2,000 cuts in 2.5cm softwood from one M18 HIGH OUTPUT 5.5Ah battery. An easy-adjust collar extends the shaft from 2.1m to 3.0m, the outer shaft jacket gives greater control and grip, and a retractable branch hook pulls down cut branches that hang up in the canopy.
