Corded mag drilling performance, no lead. The Milwaukee M18FMDP-0C is the M18 FUEL magnetic drilling press with permanent magnet — 38mm annular cutter capacity, 8,890N of holding force and around 40 holes of 18mm per battery charge, on structural steel where there is no power and no generator.

The permanent magnet is self-powered, so it holds without drawing current and cannot deactivate if the battery drains — the failure mode that matters most when a 12kg tool is stuck to a vertical beam. AUTOSTOP lift-off detection cuts power to the motor if excess rotation is detected, and the two-speed gearbox runs 400 or 690rpm to suit cutter diameter.
