The Sealey AK27097 is a Premier triangular retaining rail for 3/8" square drive — 285mm of anodised aluminium holding a full 3/8" socket run plus the bits that go with it, so the drive size you use most sits in one place rather than spread across a drawer.

The clips are lockable nylon: sockets lock and unlock with a simple side to side movement, so they stay put when the rail is lifted or the drawer slams, and release without a fight when you want them. EVA foam backing protects whatever it sits against, and fixing holes let it mount to a cabinet or a wall.
